Nationwide consumer research and contributions from 27 food and circular economy experts argue that the ethical food issues that resonate most with shoppers –

animal welfare,

meat reduction,

fair deals for farmers,

deforestation

food shortages

can all be addressed by applying circularity in a more holistic way.
